Glenbrae Vet Clinic - Services

Worming

Internal parasites are very common in cats and dogs. They may cause significant diseases to your pet and are also a public health concern, especially in children. We suggest using a modern, effective treatment every 3-6 months. Click to learn more about worming your dog and cat.

VIP Plan

We are now able to offer clients our VIP plan. This is a method for budgeting for routine preventative necessities such as annual boosters, worm and flea control by paying a monthly direct debit. As a VIP member you are then entitled to discounts on many of our products and services (including food, operations, x-rays and many more). It is simple to become a member, just ask for details.

Vetsnow Emergency Service

Most of our clients are already aware that we use a designated intensive care and emergency clinic, which operates from the PDSA building in Shamrock Street, Glasgow. This means that there is a veterinary surgeon and a veterinary nurse available during the night and at weekends (and all public holidays) allowing a high standard of emergency treatment and full time supervision out with our normal clinic hours. We have found it to be in your pet’s best interest to be offered such a service.

It is important to phone either the Glenbrae or Castlebrae clinic first for any emergency and you will then be passed on to this emergency service. We are always informed of any treatment given and any follow up treatment will then be given at either the Glenbrae or Castlebrae Clinic.
