Angela trained originally at the practice and qualified in 1998. She then went onto work at Glasgow Veterinary School where she studied towards her diploma in advanced surgical nursing. From there onto the PDSA and then returned to Glenbrae as Head nurse in 2003. Angela's young son and her three dogs keep her busy in her spare time.
Tracy Jones VN
Tracy joined the practice in May 1990 and qualified in 1998. Tracy is interested in small furries and wildlife. Tracy is currently completing an open learning course "opening support in pet bereavement". Tracy shares her home with her large crossbreed, two cavaliers, two children and a husband!
Lynn Byford VN
Lynn qualified in 2002, and is the practice behavouralist having completed 6 behaviour modules, covering common cat and dog complaints. She is always keen to help owners with problem pets achieving outstanding results. Her home would not be complete without her 2 dogs, 2 cats and her 2 children.
Nicola Forbes RVN
Nikki joined the practice as a student in 2001 and qualified in 2004. She is keen to expand her knowledge on exotic species and is always on hand if we get any unusual patients. Nikki shares her home with her two young cats.
Heidi Gascoyne VN
Heidi joined Glenbrae in Jan 2007. She qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in the States in 1996 and moved from Colorado, USA with her husband, two dogs and a cat. Heidi is expecting her first child in June 2008.
Laura Irving VN
Laura trained with the practice and in 2006 she gained her veterinary nursing qualification. In her spare time Laura can be found doing voluntary work at the local dog and cat homes.
Christine Green RVN
Christine joined the practice in May 2008. She qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in June 2007. Christine works between our two clinics and is interested in small furries and pet dentistry. At present Christine lives in a flat so is unable to have any pets, but hopes to get a cat in the near future.
