Julie spends her day assisting the vets and the vet nurse. She is trained in all aspect of pet healthcare and is always happy to give owners advice. Julie is also our practice Petplan Independent Advisor. Julie is responsible for submitting insurance claims for our clients and giving insurance advice. Julie’s spare time is taken up with her dog, horse and 3 cats.
Laura Snowdon, Office Manager
Laura started at Glenbrae as a part time receptionist in 1998. Laura is now our Office Manager, taking care of all our administration work and has two dogs, three cats and two children.
Dorothy Dickson, Receptionist
Dorothy is our morning receptionist, she has a dog and 2 cats and is auntie to several small furries. Dorothy enjoys walking and reading and is looking forward to retirement later this year.
Donna Lamond, Receptionist
Donna is our cheery receptionist at the branch surgery in Dumbarton. She has 2 dogs, a rabbit and 2 daughters.
Fiona Graham, Receptionist
Fiona joined the practice in June 2007 as our receptionist. Fiona shares her home with her Rhodesian Ridgeback.
Leigh Scott, Receptionist
Leigh is our part time receptionist, working at our branch surgery. Leigh is an animal lover but unfortunately only has three goldfish, due to an allergic relative.
Fiona Welland, Receptionist
Fiona is a final year vet student at Glasgow Unviversity. Fiona is our Saturday receptionist. Her family have a retired guide dog and guinea pigs.
