Laura started as a part time receptionist in 1998. She is now our office manager, taking care of all our administration work. Laura has 2 children, 1 dog and 2 cats.
Julie Yacoubian, Pet Healthcare Advisor
Julie joined the practice in Nov 1998 and is our Pet Healthcare Advisor. Julie not only ensures that the reception desk runs smoothly but deals with all insurance claims. Julie is available to cat sit when owners are away on holiday. At home she has 3 cats, a dog and a horse. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, walking her dog and spending time with her friends.
Fiona Graham, Veterinary Nursing Assistant
Fiona joined the practice in June 2007 as our receptionist and has recently become our Veterinary Nursing Assistant. Fiona has also completed nutrition courses with Hills and Burns as well as a herbal course with Dorwest Herbs - so feel free to ask for advice. Fiona lives at home with her Rhodesian Ridgeback.
Donna Lamond, Receptionist
Donna is our cheery receptionist at the branch surgery in Dumbarton. She has 2 dogs, a rabbit and 2 daughters.
Leigh Scott, Receptionist
Leigh is our part time receptionist, working at our branch surgery. Leigh is an animal lover but unfortunately only has three goldfish, due to an allergic relative.
